Mrs. Paulette Spencer Smith joins the Health & Wellness Team as Principal Director, Corporate Services with effect from Monday, April 12, 2021. As Principal Director of Corporate Services, Mrs. Spencer Smith will have portfolio responsibility for Human Resources Management & Development; Administration; Security & Transport; Systems Information & Technology and Public Procurement.
Mrs. Spencer Smith is a results oriented human resources expert with over 25 years senior management experience and verifiable contribution to Operations Management, Training and Staff Development. Known as an initiator and organizer with special creative talent for improving productivity in the work environment, she has successfully managed several HR initiatives throughout her working life. She is most proud however of her role as a wife and mother. Her personal mission is to treat other people they way she wants to be treated- with respect and dignity.
