Payroll module of MYHR+ Now LIVE

We are pleased to announce that the Payroll module of MYHR+ will Go live as of Wednesday, June 24, 2020 for fortnightly paid staff. As you may be aware the new System (MYHR+) is expected to manage information related to Human Resources and Payroll for this implementation phase.
The new system integrates HR and Payroll on a central platform that will allow you to View and manage your personal information directly via our employee self-service portal.
Some of the key benefits of this new system will include, consistent process and roles, reduction in errors, improved security and allow employees access to their personal data.
The following are some of the tasks that you will be performing in the new system for this phase are:
- Your pay slips will now be available in the new MYHR+ system, thus for fortnightly paid staff with effect from June 26,2020 we will no longer be sending paper pay slips.
- You can request changes to the following HR related information in the system:
- Addresses, Phone Numbers,
- Email addresses &Emergency contacts
- Changes to your family or marital status
Your information will become available for you to view or update in the system on Wednesday
June 24, 2020. To login to the system please follow the instructions that will be emailed or printed and circulated to you.

For monthly employees, Self-Service will be available to view and manage bio data, however payroll go-live will be for July 2020 payroll.
